These are the values that drove our effort to develop a comprehensive library of real estate forms for all Oregon REALTORS® to have available as a member benefit. Access to the forms library is included with Oregon REALTORS® membership dues.
REALTOR® members from around the state have participated in the creation of the forms library, in concert with Oregon REALTORS® legal counsel and in consultation with experts in specialty areas including residential, vacant land, new construction, manufactured home sales, floating home sales, farm and ranch sales, commercial real estate and more.
Oregon Buyer & Seller Advisories complement the Oregon Realtors® forms library, and the Oregon REALTORS® Legal Hotline is a valuable tool for all members who have questions about how to use the forms to accomplish the transaction objectives of their clients (legal hotline is now also being offered as a member benefit that is available at no additional cost to members).
We want our forms to be responsive to industry needs and therefore are always looking for your feedback.
