Schedule a Training with a Certified Trainer
Oregon REALTORS® has launched a Certified Oregon REALTORS® Forms Trainer program to get high-quality trainers from around the state certified to teach the “Using Oregon REALTORS® Forms” curriculum, that walks agents through doing mock transactions with the new Forms. Use this continuously growing list to reach out to a Certified Trainer and get your staff up to speed on the new Oregon REALTORS® forms with this high-quality training. (You will need to work with the trainer or a title/escrow company to provide CE for the training if the instructor you contract with is not a certified CE provider through the state agency.)
Become a Certified Trainer
Are you a highly experienced trainer who is interested in teaching on Oregon REALTORS® forms? Oregon REALTORS® offers trainer certification for Oregon REALTORS® forms. Certified trainers will be instructed on how to teach the “Using Oregon REALTORS® Forms” training that walks agents through doing a deal in the new forms. The four-hour training is offered in the first quarter of every year.
Earn Your Transaction Coordinator Certification
Putting the deal together is just half of the battle when closing the real estate transaction. Every transaction is unique and knowing how to make sure each deal closes properly and the things to be aware of can affect the outcome. The Transaction Coordination package will provide you with a complete and full understanding of every part of the real estate transaction.
